Job Description
Plymouth Place is launching a resident assistant to Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program. This position offers support for residents to succeed and a supportive, community-focused work environment. Residents get paid to work as a RA while attending CNA Academy, and participation is supported by a scholarship fund. The company is committed to excellent care and employee well-being.
Requirements
- Understanding of Point Click Care or similar systems
- Demonstrated compassionate holistic care with dignity and respect
- Experience in a residential care facility preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be patient and calm
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties
