As a Branch Manager within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will lead all aspects of branch performance, drive revenue and customer loyalty, and create a differentiated customer experience. Responsible for leading all aspects of branch performance, driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients, and solutions that help them achieve financial well-being. Successful candidates must demonstrate accountability, banking, client counseling, customer experience, and decision-making skills. The role requires 3+ years of related experience, and a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
