As a Software Engineering Manager at PNC, you will lead multiple technology agile crews, manage development projects, and oversee multiple application programming and analysis projects. You will be responsible for ensuring predictable delivery and operational excellence, and for establishing and continuously improving engineering practices that raise code quality, reduce defects, and increase reliability.
