Assistant Manager, Guest Experience

The PNE is seeking two Assistant Managers, Guest Experience to support the site’s guest experience across Playland, Fair, Fright Nights, and Year Round Events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event operations and experience in guest experience operations and training.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of progressively responsible experience in a leadership capacity
• Previous experience working in the hospitality, tourism or sports industries
• Diploma, Certificate, or degree in a relevant discipline
• Ability to work extended hours (including late nights and/or early mornings)
• Must be comfortable leading a large team of staff (approximately 30-60 staff/day)
• Strong planning, organizational, and administrative skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, supervisory, leadership and staff development
• Ability to function independently and under pressure
