Building Maintenance Technician

The Pacific National Exhibition is seeking a reliable and hard-working Building Maintenance Technician to support facilities and ground maintenance tasks, PMs, and project-based work. The role requires at least 3 years of building and facility maintenance experience, 5 years of hands-on tools experience, and a valid Class 5 BC Driver's License.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of building and facility maintenance experience
• 5 years of hands-on tools experience
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License
• Post-secondary training in FM or Building Services is an asset
• Forklift experience and operator's license favored
