
Job description
This position oversees and manages the daily operations of field service teams, ensuring efficient delivery of services to customers. The supervisor coordinates technician schedules, ensures timely and accurate installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Supervise installation/repair Customer Service Technicians, assist in training technicians, schedule technicians, maintain compliance with industry standards, and resolve operational issues.
The ideal candidate will have experience in fiber splicing and fiber restoration, fixed wireless broadband experience, and supervisory or management experience. They will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with customers and management, and maintain a professional appearance and behavior.
