As a Backend Engineer at Point72, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance C#/.NET Core APIs and backend services. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features and ensure service reliability and availability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in backend or server-side development.
- Strong proficiency in C#/.NET Core and RESTful API design.
- Proven experience ensuring service reliability and availability through SLA management, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and SQL Server, including performance tuning.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
