IT Operations Engineer, Application Support

As an IT Operations Engineer, Application Support, you will provide technical support for software applications and investigate, diagnose, and resolve application issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience supporting middle- and back-office applications created in.Net, Java, C# etc.
• Literacy in complex SQL procedures/queries.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with team members and internal clients.
