As an Operational Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating operational risks across the organization.
Requirements
- 15+ years of professional experience in risk management, auditing, or consulting
- Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, economics, computer science or engineering
- PRMIA Operational Risk Manager Certificate, FRM, CRISC, CISA, and/or CIA certifications
- Ability to build strong working relationships to drive positive change
- Strong analytical skills to interpret risk data and provide actionable insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with automation tools and software, such as robotic process automation (RPA) platforms, GenAI, data analytics tools, and Tableau
- Project management skills to assist with planning and implementing automation initiatives, including time management and organization skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to thorough analysis
- A self-starter who can work independently
