Senior Sourcing Lead

Role Overview

The Senior Sourcing Lead is responsible for leading end-to-end strategic sourcing activities, including opportunity assessment, RFX development, negotiations, contracting, and implementation. The role develops and executes multi-year category strategies aligned with business, financial, and risk objectives while identifying cost-saving, value engineering, and supply assurance opportunities.

Lead high-impact sourcing engagements, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and support business objectives at both regional and global levels while contributing thought leadership and capability development within the sourcing organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
