Supervisor Injection Mold - Night Shift

Role Overview

This person will provide day-to-day leadership and supervision in the achievement of productivity, schedule attainment, quality, and Employee Health Safety programs. The night shift runs 7:00pm CST - 7:00am CST, with a 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on 3 days off schedule. The supervisor will arrive early for shift changeover and may have varying hours with business/production needs.

What You Will Do

Coach and support area of responsibility, daily communication and coordination with teams, other supervisors, and departments. Direct work assignments in accordance with the production schedule, plan and organize activities of the production/assembly line to meet production deadlines, and monitor housekeeping and safety issues.
