Recruiter

As a Recruiter at Nationaal Warmtefonds, you will play a key role in making our recruitment process for operational positions smarter. You will be responsible for filling vacancies, but also for improving the process, and you will have a lot of freedom to really take processes to the next level and implement your ideas.

Requirements

• HBO/WO work and thinking level
• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role
• Affinity with high-volume recruitment or operational positions
• Analytical skills and experience with data and systems
• Structured work approach and ability to keep an overview, even at high volume
• Communicative skills and ability to switch between different stakeholders
