Maintenance Technician

Immediate position available for a large garden style apartment community Maintenance Technician to perform day-to-day apartment maintenance and apartment turnover maintenance. Must have strong general skills in plumbing, electric, carpentry, appliance, and HVAC. CFC qualified a plus.

Requirements

• Ability to efficiently handle and coordinate multiple tasks and project assignments
• Knowledge and proper use of basic hand tools
• Understand correct usage of power tools
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Maintain calm demeanor in emergency situations
• Understand and apply correct usage of all personal safety equipment
