
Job description
The Financial Controller is responsible for accounting activities, ensures tax compliance, and prepares the consolidated monthly financial statements of the legal entity related to Pomerleau’s major projects. The role also involves coordinating the monthly reporting of all projects within the Major Projects division, as well as monitoring project budgets and corporate overhead costs.
Prepare and present consolidated financial statements, oversee bookkeeping activities, supervise internal financial controls, coordinate financial planning and budgeting, analyze financial data, and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial management processes.
This role could be for you if you have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or Business Administration, CPA designation, 10 years of relevant experience, advanced proficiency in both French and English, and knowledge of SAP ERP.
