We're looking for a Store Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of the assigned location to drive maximum sales and profitability. Key responsibilities include leadership and staff management, ensuring health and safety compliance, and optimizing financial performance and productivity.
Requirements
- Manage stock orders, inventory levels, and place orders while ensuring store compliance with company policies and laws
- Supervise team members to follow procedures, promptly report and investigate incidents, and assist with sales calls and visits
- Set sales goals based on store budgets, manage pricing in line with company policies and competitors, and report financial data to Corporate
- Conduct inventory reconciliations, analyze financial statements, and assess store performance
- Lead by example, maintain performance standards, and handle hiring, onboarding, and employee records
- Implement and document disciplinary actions, train and motivate staff, and resolve conflicts
- Oversee payroll, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and ensure adherence to safety regulations (Pomp’s, OSHA, DOT)
- Manage safety equipment distribution and training programs
