
Job description
The Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager - Construction will oversee and manage construction projects serving as the owner’s representative for a distribution company, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.
Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors, develop and manage project budgets, create and manage project schedules, assemble and manage teams of consultants and contractors, and identify and address potential liabilities and risks.
Ideal candidate should have commercial or industrial construction management experience and be proficient in problem-solving, project budgeting, and maintaining strong communication with team members and external stakeholders.
