Job Description
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Program Lead will supervise care coordinators and provide clinical leadership to a community outreach and engagement program. The role involves creating a supportive work environment, ensuring compliance with contract expectations and regulations, and providing leadership to create a supportive work environment for staff and trainees.
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Social Work or related field that enables an LCSW license
- Licensed as an LCSW in the State of California
- Four years' clinical experience providing psychology services
- Two years' experience at the Hume Center preferred
- At least one year of supervision experience
- Experience of conducting outreach, consultation, and providing prevention/early intervention services in the community
- Experience of creating an information system to track the outreach process of community-based and human service providers
