Implementations Engineer

We are seeking an Implementations Engineer to join our team at Portless, a global logistics powerhouse redefining the Direct Supply Chain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for bringing merchants live on the Portless stack, providing a 'Ritz-Carlton' onboarding experience, and ensuring operational readiness for Day 1 execution. If you have experience in implementation, onboarding, or warehouse technology roles, and a strong understanding of APIs, EDI standards, and WMS/OMS/ERP configurations, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• 3+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or warehouse technology roles
• Technical proficiency in APIs, EDI standards, and WMS/OMS/ERP configurations
• Logistics knowledge, including inventory management, non-bonded/bonded requirements, and e-commerce fulfillment
