Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or event experience (hospitality, retail, or similar roles preferred)
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Reliable transportation to and from the venue
• Consistent availability for scheduled dates
