Develops instructional materials and conducts training sessions for end users, administrators, and support staff. Travels occasionally for onsite meetings and workshops.
Creates user guides, job aids, training curricula, and other instructional materials. Conducts virtual and in-person training sessions.
Assists with change management and knowledge transfer to promote successful adoption of new applications.
