Electrical Engineer

As an Electrical Engineer at Powell Industries, you will design custom PLC, SCADA, HMI, RTU, and relay control panels for diverse clients, working collaboratively with clients to meet technical specifications and quality standards. You will be part of a dynamic and innovative team that fosters continuous learning and development.

Requirements

• Design standard jobs with guidance to match client specifications and requirements
• Draft electrical construction drawings using AutoCAD
• Gain design knowledge to engineer various control and relay panels
• Work with clients to provide technical support in meetings
• Coordinate with purchasing and suppliers to specify & approve component parts and assemblies
• Assist fellow production engineers in solving problems on a daily basis
• Meet regularly with clients, suppliers and OEMs
• Adhere to Powell’s policies and procedures
