Account Manager, Client Services

Requirements

• Client-centric Communication: Establishes a strong relationship with client key decision makers
• Client Portfolio: Manages a diverse set of clients totaling up to $150K in monthly recurring revenue
• Marketing Strategy: Leads the cross-functional account teams with a comprehensive strategy across paid, owned and earned channels
• Data-driven Insights: Leverages data and analytics to identify strategic opportunities
• Team Coaching and Development: Leads by example and practices servant leadership
• Client Retention: Leads the contract renewal strategy, presentation and proposal development
• Service Expansions: Works with the Account Manager and the internal account team to identify additional strategies to improve performance and expand client partnerships
