
Job description
The Document Controller ensures that documents are properly received, recorded, and distributed within the organization. The role leads in adopting company quality policy and procedures, and maintains consistency in projects.
Maintain an organized document control system, receive and distribute documents, ensure proper labeling and storage, monitor document revisions, and facilitate review and approval processes.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of ISO documentation standards, records management principles, and ERP systems (SAP functional skills are a plus).
