Drilling Supervisor

Role Overview

The Drilling Supervisor is responsible for the safe and efficient execution of all drilling, completion, and workover operations at the rig site. The role ensures full compliance with operational programs, safety standards, and company policies while supervising drilling crews and service providers.

What You Will Do

Direct and monitor daily drilling, completion, and workover activities, enforce HSE policies, and conduct regular safety meetings, audits, and risk assessments. Ensure that all drilling parameters are followed and deviations are reported.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years working experience
• 2 years relevant working experience
• 1 year GCC experience is a plus
