
Job description
The Facilities Management Coordinator is responsible for overall facility management coordination and maintenance of facilities, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. This position will be working with vendors and facility management personnel while overseeing general facilities maintenance.
Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities, coordinate maintenance activities, manage facility budgets and contracts, implement facility improvement projects, and develop facility management policies.
This role requires facilities management experience, knowledge of building management and facility operations, and experience working with vendors/contractors. The ideal candidate will have leadership and project coordination skills, as well as proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
