
Job description
The QA/QC Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Quality Control and Quality Assurance functions of the assigned location, working closely with the head of operations and other functional managers to ensure that products meet or exceed customer expectations, and that quality and compliance standards are met.
Enforces the implementation of quality control plans and procedures, conducts regular quality audits, and manages a team of Quality Control and Quality Assurance professionals.
Requires experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, strong leadership and management skills, and knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
