
Job description
The Senior Document Controller oversees and manages the organization, distribution, and tracking of documents within a project or organization. They supervise a team, develop document control procedures, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance with document management requirements.
Supervise document control activities, manage document distribution, track document revisions, and develop document control procedures. Provide technical support, train staff, and conduct audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
This role requires knowledge of ISO documentation standards, records management principles, and Microsoft Office software. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, with 3+ years in a relevant role, and GCC experience is a plus.
