Staff Product Quality Engineer

As a Product Quality Engineer, you will serve as the technical bridge between customers and internal engineering teams, ensuring product quality performance and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead quality investigations, drive root‐cause analysis, and champion continuous improvement across the entire product portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Materials Science
• Minimum 12 years' experience in semiconductor quality, product engineering, reliability, or manufacturing
• Strong understanding of semiconductor devices, wafer fabrication, assembly/test processes, and reliability mechanisms
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (JMP, Python, MATLAB, Excel) and statistical methods (SPC, DOE)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
