Job description
We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to work in Fort Meade, MD. The position involves developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex software systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with software development methodologies, software design, and testing.
The Senior Software Engineer will develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems, review and test software components, and resolve software problem reports. They will also provide input to the software components of system design and utilize software development and design methodologies.
The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, and experience with software technologies such as Java SE, Python, and Git. They will also have experience with containers and container orchestration, agile development methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
