Join Triumph to deliver exceptional customer service and build successful partnerships with clients. The Client Experience Representative will provide primary phone, email, and chat support for transportation factoring & payment platform clients.
Provide phone, email, and chat support, engage in meaningful conversations with clients, and resolve issues. Review client accounts, pending invoices, and payments. Train clients on company web portals and processes.
Ideal candidate has high-volume customer service skills, a higher education degree, and experience in a professional environment. Knowledge of freight, transportation, and logistics industry is preferred.
