Job description
As a Coatings Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and troubleshooting plant process systems, implementing process strategies, and maintaining process documentation. This is an onsite role at our Shelby, North Carolina site.
Provide engineering support to improve manufacturing unit operations, provide day-to-day support to the manufacturing unit operations teams, and maintain and/or identify ways to improve the quality of our products.
This role requires a passionate and driven Process Engineer who is able to see the future of aviation coatings and materials and take our exceptional products to the next level. You will be responsible for leading improvement teams, lean – six sigma events, and production analysis to provide root cause and corrective action to deviations to performance expectations.
