
Job description
The Process Engineering Leader will be responsible for the scale-up and process development for all new aerospace coatings, sealants and adhesives products. They will ensure robust product launches and avoid future quality shortfalls. The role will involve collaborating across departments and regions to launch new products and investigating and evaluating new process engineering and packaging equipment and technologies.
The Process Engineering Leader will be responsible for leading and directing the analysis of alternative approaches and methodologies necessary to deliver efficiencies and simplicity in products and processes. They will also direct the regional process engineering teams to establish standard work and best practices across global development sites and plants.
The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership and people management skills, as well as expertise in material handling, mixing and process monitoring equipment and technologies. They will also have experience in coatings, sealants and adhesives manufacturing, and a strong understanding of quality and operational excellence tools.
