Job description
The Production Supervisor leads and ensures the operational efficiency of the automotive coatings packaging process within a solvent-based manufacturing environment. You will operate in restricted and classified explosive areas, requiring strict adherence to safety and quality standards. You will supervise one production shift within a three-shift operation, coordinating teams of operators to safely and efficiently execute packaging activities while meeting daily production, cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
Lead, plan, and supervise daily packaging operations to ensure compliance with the production schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements. Manage and coordinate packaging lines, ensuring correct use, setup, and operation of filling and packaging equipment under established procedures and parameters.
