Production Supervisor

Role Overview

As a Production Supervisor, you will report to the Production Superintendent to mentor safety, quality, and productivity of teams to ensure goals are met through the development of and adherence to standardized work.

What You Will Do

Build a conducive work environment, resolve workflow problems, assign work to unionized hourly workforce, and maintain the safety program to minimize accidents and injuries.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Proven 5+ years' experience in production, previous supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment, and ability to lift 50 lbs, to bend, and stand or walk for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• HS Diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
