Health Center Associate I (HCA I) – Des Moines, IA

Planned Parenthood North Central States is seeking a Health Center Associate I (HCA I) to provide exceptional customer service and patient care at their Des Moines, IA health center. The HCA I will play a critical role in shaping the patient experience and supporting the operations of the health center.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• One to two years customer service experience
• Hepatitis B vaccination records
• Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) vaccination records or proof of immunization
• Tuberculosis PPD Skin Test that is no older than 12 months
