Job Description
Support the administration and operation of the Retail Training team to ensure the smooth operation of training programs and digital learning initiatives.
Requirements
- Support the overall operation of training
- Prepare and operate training with the implementation of training
- Organize and manage training materials and related documents
- Support various administrative tasks related to retail training
- Support translation tasks
- Support LMS & Digital Learning
- Schedule and invite internal and external meetings
- Support training and OJT during store visits
