Job description
Praescient Analytics is seeking a Senior Software Test Engineer to support a U.S. Army program dedicated to developing and sustaining mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of software testing methodologies and the ability to identify, document, and resolve system issues in complex technical environments.
Develop and execute comprehensive software test plans, test cases, and scripts to identify defects, validate functionality, and ensure system quality. Test system modifications and new software builds to prepare for deployment and integration into operational environments.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software testing methodologies, defect tracking systems, and quality assurance best practices. Experience with Army or DoD systems testing, including security and interoperability standards, is also required.
