Floor Supervisor

ARRISE is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee production and operating staff, including croupiers and shufflers. This role involves implementing internal procedures, offering support, and ensuring adherence to regulations. The company is a leading supplier of player-favourite content to the iGaming industry, distributed globally with over 4,000 employees.

Requirements

• Work experience: at least 1-year experience as a Croupier in the Live Casino Industry
• Multiple game knowledge is a plus
• Seniority within the company: at least 12 months
• Excellent knowledge of internal procedures, and regulations
• Over 95% evaluations in the last 6 months without disciplinary measures
• Great attendance score
• Written and verbal communications skills Romanian/English
• Communication and presentation skills
• Patience and understanding when working with people
• PC skills (Operating PC, Microsoft Office)
