Financial Controller

Role Overview

The Financial Controller will ensure timely and accurate reporting for the Plant through routine and ad hoc reporting requests while ensuring internal control compliance and adherence to company financial policies. This position will supervise the plant accounting department.

What You Will Do

Overall operation of accounting, including financial reports and budget. Heavy ad hoc reporting and analysis using Excel and other systems. Work with internal and external auditors to provide timely responses to requested information.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree with focus on accounting or equivalent experience
• Five years managing financial/accounting department with similar responsibilities
• Five + years’ experience in manufacturing environment preferred
• Proven ability to analyze financial statements and identify potential opportunities for improvement
