Job description
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the forklift, ensuring the proper handling, storage, and delivery of materials. The Forklift Operator plays a critical role in maintaining safety standards, productivity, and ensuring timely deliveries within the production environment.
Safely operate and maintain the forklift, complete daily inspections, ensure stock is located and prepared for delivery, remove finished goods, and maintain accurate records.
Previous experience in the corrugated industry and/or as a forklift operator is preferred. Ability to read and interpret factory instructions, perform basic calculations, and apply common sense to follow instructions and solve problems.
