Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Role Overview

Machine Operator is responsible for safely operating production machines, setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to meet customer demand. The role is part of a team that works Monday to Friday with daily or weekend overtime as required.

What You Will Do

The Machine Operator will work safely, follow GMPs, learn and comply with quality procedures, and maximize equipment utilization. They will also perform housekeeping and cleaning, train and assist colleagues, and complete necessary reports.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, previous experience in the packaging industry, and strong attention to detail. They will be able to work safely, follow instructions, and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
