Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Role Overview

Responsible for safely operating converted paper machines, including setup, operation, quality checks, and recommending improvements to meet customer demand. Work in a team environment with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

What You Will Do

Perform a range of production support responsibilities, including machine adjustments, maintenance tasks, and quality checks. Gather finished product, box, bag, or package as required, and maintain accurate counts of product.

Ideal candidate will have basic reading and math skills, mechanical and problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail. Must be able to work safely, follow instructions, and maintain good housekeeping.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior work experience in the packaging industry (paper, plastics, converting)
• 6 months' experience in some type of manufacturing operation
• Lift Truck Operator License (may be required)
