Quality & Safety Tech

Role Overview

The Quality & Safety Tech will work closely with the Plant Quality/Safety Manager to ensure on-time production and delivery of products in the safest manner. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to solve practical problems.

What You Will Do

The Quality & Safety Tech will follow GMPs, learn and comply with Pratt Industries quality procedures and policies, and stop bad quality from leaving the facility. They will also participate in Plant Safety Committee, manage documents, and perform process audits.

Requirements

• Computer literacy
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Powerpoint)
• High school graduate or equivalent with related college degree and/or technical courses or associate (two-year) college degree
• Minimum of one year of experience in a related field
• Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing, ISO, Six Sigma, and OSHA or Safety related field
