Technical Onboarding Manager (m/f/d)

We develop AI-driven healthcare professionals for the healthcare of tomorrow. As a Technical Onboarding Manager, you ensure that every new practice starts successfully from the outset, integrating our AI receptionist Luna into their phone infrastructure and practice management system.

Requirements

• Completed education or studies in the field of computer science, IT system integration, or a comparable technical qualification
• Experience in integrating software or telephony systems (e.g. VoIP, SIP, API connections)
• Very good organizational skills: You juggle multiple parallel onboarding processes simultaneously and always keep track of things
• Native German language skills
