We're looking for a Residential Technician to join our team in Seattle. As a Garage Door Technician, you'll be the face of Precision Door Service, combining strong communication, sales savvy, and technical skill to deliver outstanding customer experience on every call.
Requirements
- Knowledge of garage door installation, repair methods, and tools
- Understanding of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product promotion
- Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills
- Ability to take accurate measurements and estimate materials
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to assess needs
- Mechanical aptitude for diagnosing and resolving issues
- Ability to identify brands and components of doors and openers
- Proven ability to close sales deals
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or GED; garage door experience preferred
- Proven sales experience, ideally in the garage door industry
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver’s license and ability to sit for extended periods (driving/travel)
