Precision Drilling Corporation seeks a Manager, Learning & Development to lead the team in developing and delivering programs that advance our high-performance, high-value strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field with 5+ years of experience in corporate Learning & Development
• 3+ years of leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
• Strong expertise in learning strategy, needs assessment, competency development, and program design aligned to business outcomes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills, with a proven ability to translate business priorities into scalable learning solutions
• Proficiency with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS, digital learning tools, and Microsoft Office
