Team Lead, SAP Operations

As a Team Lead, SAP Operations, you will lead the SAP Operations / IT Business Systems team and be accountable for SAP Enterprise Asset Management (Plant Maintenance) and related operational modules. You will provide functional leadership to the SAP Functional Analyst team and build strong partnerships with operational stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years as an SAP Functional Analyst across operations modules (EAM, SCM, SD, PP, EHS, MOC)
• Minimum 3 years managing small to mid-sized teams
• Strong understanding of business process design, SAP functional capabilities, and data management
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
