Senior Operator

Pregis is hiring a Senior Operator to work in a BRAND-NEW pilot production site focused on Cold Chain innovation. The role involves leading production crews, operating pilot-level converting and inline finishing equipment, and collaborating with leadership and engineering teams to test, improve, and scale new technology.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience operating converting or inline finishing equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working in manufacturing, converting, packaging, or pilot/engineering environments
• Proven ability to lead crews and work independently with minimal supervision
