Robotics Machine Operator

Role Overview

The Robotics Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining robotic equipment to produce high-quality products in a manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

Set up and operate robotic welding systems, load and unload parts, monitor welding processes, perform basic programming adjustments, inspect completed welds, troubleshoot minor issues, and maintain production and quality records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in robotic welding or manufacturing
• Basic understanding of welding processes (MIG, TIG, or spot welding)
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Familiarity with robotic systems (e.g., FANUC, ABB, Motoman)
