Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, and/or equivalent work experience
- Two to five years of experience in credit analysis and/or lending activities
- Foundational understanding of financial statements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Ability to exercise sound independent judgment and maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfort learning new systems and software
- Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and commitment to learning and growth
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
